Your homepage,
in 48 hours.

Takes about 30 seconds. We send a live link you can open on your phone, not a PDF and not a sales call.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
For sending your link and asking a quick question if we cannot find something while we build. We do not cold call, and we will not pass it on.
Whichever you have. No website is fine, paste your Instagram or Facebook page instead. It is where we find your real services and your real photos, and without one we are building from nothing.

The work

Real businesses. Not one template.

Every homepage below was built for a specific company: their services, their service area, their reviews, their own project photos. This is the kind of thing that lands in your inbox in 48 hours.

How it works

Three steps. Two days.

You do about thirty seconds of work. We do the rest before you have to decide anything.

  1. Step 01

    Give us your business name

That is genuinely it. We pull your services, service area, Google reviews, and project photos from what is already public. No logins, no passwords, no homework.

    About 30 seconds
  2. Step 02

    We build the homepage

A designer builds it, start to finish. Your real services, your real service area, your real reviews, and your own project photos, treated properly. You get a live link you can open on your phone and send to your partner.

    48 hour turnaround
  3. Step 03

    Build it, or walk

You get a real page you can scroll and show your partner before you decide. If you want the finished site, it is $1,500 for the homepage or $2,500 for five pages. If not, there is nothing to buy. Your private link stays available for at least 90 days.

    No commitment

Why ours looks different

Your photos. Not a stranger's.

Most website services fill the gaps with stock. Somebody else's kitchen, somebody else's crew, a truck that is not yours.

Fox & Brand is a video and photography studio first. We shoot jobsites, crews and finished builds for a living, and it means we know what to do with the photos you already have: color corrected, straightened, cropped, and sequenced so the work actually reads on a phone.

If your photos are thin, we will tell you which five shots are worth taking with the phone in your pocket. What we will not do is paste a stranger's project onto your website and call it yours.

If you want it built

Two prices. Both flat.

A custom site from an agency typically runs $6,000 to $12,000 and takes two to three months.

One number, paid once, and you own everything. Pages beyond the five are $250 each and the care plan is $99 a month. Both are optional and both are priced on this page. Nothing else appears later.

The homepage

$1,500 One time · you own it

The homepage we build you, taken from free preview to a finished website you own. A complete one page website, with navigation, your work and a contact form that reaches you. The fastest way to stop losing jobs to a website that looks worse than your work.

  • One page, top to bottom, with the sections your business actually needs
  • Whatever real material you have used properly, color corrected and sequenced. Never stock photos of somebody else’s work
  • Copy written for your trade, not filled in from a template
  • On-page SEO and structured data, so search engines can read your business details and services
  • Click to call, a contact form that actually reaches you, mobile first, built to load fast
  • Yours to launch, or add the care plan and we host it and take it live
  • One round of client revisions before it goes live

The full site

$2,500 One time · you own it

Five pages. The difference is not page count, it is that the things you want found get a page each, instead of sharing one and competing with each other.

  • Everything in the homepage, plus four more pages
  • Four more pages built around what you sell, each able to be found on its own search
  • Copy written page by page for your trade, not the homepage text spread thinner
  • On-page SEO across every page: titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal links
  • A structure planned with you, so the pages match the way people actually buy from you
  • Two rounds of client revisions before it goes live
Start with a free homepage

What you get, and what comes later

It is a real, working web page, not a picture of one. You can open it on your phone and scroll the whole thing, and it is built as a complete one page website: navigation, services, your work, and a contact form, all on the one page. It is designed for mobile first, because that is where your customers actually find you. Desktop is tuned afterwards, on the paid build, as part of the quality assurance pass before launch.

What it is not yet is a launched website. It has not been through that quality assurance pass, and it is not hosted on your domain. The paid build covers the package you choose. Anything outside that stated scope is agreed and quoted separately before work begins.

$99 / month, optional

Hosting, security, backups, and small edits handled by a person who answers. Month to month, cancel any time. Cancel and the site is still yours: we hand you the files and you host it anywhere you like.

The honest part

So what's the catch?

There is no trick, but this is not charity either. We build these because people who finally see their work presented properly tend to want the rest of it later: the photography, the video, the campaigns that put it in front of people.

Most never take us up on any of that, and that is genuinely fine. A homepage is most of a day's work for us: researching your business, sorting through your photos, writing the copy and building the page. We would rather spend it showing you than talking at you, and it works better than any sales call we have ever made. That is the whole model, and you are welcome to use the preview and never speak to us again.

Fit

Who this is for.

Licensed contractors, builders, remodelers, and service businesses with finished work and photos to show it. Trades we have built for include general contracting, cabinetry, electrical, roofing, hardscape, and junk removal.

We take a limited number of these each week, and we may decline a request. Usually that is because a business is brand new, with no photos and no reviews, so there is not enough to build from yet. We will tell you that straight instead of sending you something generic.

Questions

Ask the awkward ones.

Is it really free?

Yes. No credit card, no call, no obligation. You submit a form and 48 hours later you get a link to a live homepage built for your business. If you do not want it, you owe nothing.

Worth being exact about what free covers, because "yours" can mean two things. Free gets you a real working page at a private link, hosted by us, live for at least 90 days, which you can open and show to anyone. The preview link is not a transfer of the design or files. Paying moves it into the package you choose: we complete the paid-build quality assurance pass, and the finished site and its files are yours once paid in full. Hosting and launch are available with the optional care plan. Anything outside the package is quoted separately.

What does it cost if I want it live?

$1,500 for the homepage, or $2,500 for the full five page site. Paid once, and that is the whole price. Pages beyond the five are $250 each, but almost no contractor needs them: five pages covers the services, the work, the proof, and the contact. Add them only if you actually want them. There is an optional care plan at $99 a month for hosting, security, backups, and small edits, and you can skip it entirely and host the site yourself.

Is one page really enough? Is that a whole website?

Yes, and this is worth being clear about. The homepage is a complete one page website, not a sample or a landing page. It has working navigation that jumps to each section, your services, your project photos, your reviews, tap to call, and a contact form that reaches you. Plenty of contractors and service businesses run on exactly that and win work every week. The five page site is not a fix for a page that falls short, it is for when you want each service to have its own page that can be found on its own search, and room to answer the questions you get on every call. Start with one page if you are unsure. Adding the rest later does not mean rebuilding it.

Do I own the site?

Completely, once you pay. The design, the code, the content, and the domain are yours. If you take the care plan and later cancel, we hand you the files and you host it wherever you want. We do not hold a site hostage to a subscription.

Do you need my passwords or logins?

No. It is built from what is already public: your current site, your Google listing, your social. Nothing on your end has to change for you to see it.

What if I already have a website?

Good, that makes it easier. We build the new homepage alongside the one you have so you can put them side by side and decide with something real in front of you instead of a pitch.

Will you put stock photos of other people's work on my site?

No. We build with your project photos. We may use a neutral texture or background where a page needs one, but never a photo of a job your company did not do. If your photo library is thin, we will tell you exactly which shots to take.

My photos are just phone pictures. Is that a problem?

Usually not. Phone photos of real work beat polished photos of somebody else's, and correcting and cropping them is what we do for a living. If there genuinely is not enough to work with, we will say so before we build.

What happens after I get the link?

We send the private link and a small number of reminders while it is active. If you want us to build it, choose your package through the checkout link. If you do not, there is nothing to cancel or pay. The concept stays available for at least 90 days.

Can you run Google or Meta ads for us?

Sometimes, and it depends on where your business is rather than on how good it is. We take on paid advertising for companies doing roughly $2 million a year or more, with a minimum advertising budget of $5,000 a month, and that is separate from what we charge to manage it.

Here is the honest reason. Ads only start working once there is enough budget to gather real data, and below about $5,000 a month you spend most of it learning rather than earning. Add a management fee on top of a small budget and the fee eats the results, which is a bad deal for you and not much of a business for us. At $2 million and up, a company usually has the margin to absorb a slow first month, the capacity to handle the calls when it works, and the patience to judge it over a quarter rather than a week.

If that is not you yet, it is genuinely not a problem, and it says nothing about your business. A good website, real photography and your Google reviews will move the needle further at your size than paid traffic would, and those are the things we would rather sell you today. Ask us again when you get there and we will be glad to talk.

Can you shoot photos or video for us too?

Yes, and if you are in Southern California we can do it in person. Video and photography are most of what Fox & Brand does: jobsites, finished projects, crews, drone work, and the short pieces that run on Instagram and in ads. That is entirely separate from this offer, and there is no obligation attached to a free homepage. It matters here for one reason: a homepage is only as good as the work it can show, so if your photo library is thin, that is the thing worth fixing first. Ask us about a shoot whenever you like, before or after the concept.

Privacy policy

Effective date: August 9, 2026

Fox & Brand Marketing Co. respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through foxandbrand.com, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, company, website, phone number, email address, and details about your project.

Our website and service providers may also collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referring website, and interactions with the site. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to support security, analytics, advertising measurement, embedded content, accessibility features, and site performance.

If you request a free homepage concept, we collect your business name, your name, email address, phone number, and the website or social profile you give us, along with your consent choice for text messages.

If you purchase a build, our payment processor collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the purchase itself, including what was bought, the amount, and the payment reference. When you accept our terms at checkout we also record the date and time, your IP address, your browser user agent, and a copy of the terms as they read at that moment, so that both of us have the same record of what was agreed.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare for potential projects, provide and improve our services, understand how the website is used, protect the site from spam and abuse, maintain site performance, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form details as Google Analytics event data.

Website audit requests

When you request a website audit, we use the contact information you submit and publicly available content from the website you provide to prepare and deliver the requested report and homepage concept. Automated tools, including OpenAI, may process that information on our behalf. Do not submit private, confidential, or sensitive information through this form.

Services used on this website

This website uses service providers that may process information on our behalf or collect information under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics helps us understand website traffic and interactions.
  • Google reCAPTCHA helps protect forms from spam and abuse.
  • YouTube provides video content and our automatically updated channel feed.
  • Elfsight provides the reviews widget.
  • UserWay provides website accessibility tools.
  • Google Tag Manager loads and manages the measurement tags described in this policy.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives advertising measurement data, as described above.
  • Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own systems and are never held by us.
  • Twilio delivers text messages, and only if you ask us to text you.
  • OpenAI and Anthropic may process the business information you give us, and public information about your business, while we research and build your concept.
  • Our website hosting, content delivery, email delivery, security, and form providers help operate the site and deliver messages.

You can review the Google Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy, Stripe Privacy Policy, Twilio Privacy Policy, Elfsight Privacy Policy, and UserWay Privacy Policy for more information.

Cookies and analytics choices

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, take payment, and communicate with you. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a business transaction. Apart from the advertising measurement described below, we do not authorize service providers to use the details you send us for their own marketing, and we do not sell personal information for money.

Advertising measurement, and what goes to Meta

We advertise, and we measure whether those adverts work. When you request a free homepage concept or buy a build, we send a record of that event to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so it can be matched to an advert. That record includes your email address, phone number, and name in hashed form, which means they are converted into an irreversible string rather than sent in the clear. It also includes your IP address, your browser user agent, and Meta’s own cookie identifiers, which are not hashed.

Under California law this counts as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not any money changes hands. You have the right to tell us to stop, and stopping is straightforward. See Do not sell or share my personal information below.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. In practice that means inquiries and concept records are kept while the opportunity is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, records of completed purchases and accepted terms are kept for as long as tax and contract law requires, and analytics and advertising data are retained according to the settings and policies of the services listed above.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. You may also have the right to learn how information is used or shared and to receive equal service when exercising a privacy right.

To make a privacy request, use our contact form or call 951.216.8142. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Your California privacy rights

Fox & Brand Marketing Co. is a California business and most of the people who contact us are in California. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the rights set out below. Exercising any of them costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it, so your inquiry is answered the same way and your price is the same.

What we collect, and why

In the past twelve months we have collected these categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, postal or business address, and IP address. Collected so we can answer you, prepare and deliver your concept or audit, and provide the work you have asked for.
  • Commercial information, such as what you bought, the amount, and the payment reference. Collected to take payment, keep business records, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
  • Internet and network activity, such as pages viewed, referring website, interactions with the site, and browser and device information. Collected to run and improve the site, protect it from spam and abuse, and measure advertising.
  • Approximate location, inferred from your IP address. Collected to understand where inquiries come from and to know whether we can work with you in person.
  • Inferences drawn from the above, such as which services are likely to suit your business.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as California defines it, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell personal information for money.

What we share, and with whom

We disclose identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity to the service providers listed in this policy so they can run the site, take payment, deliver messages, and help build your work.

We share identifiers and internet activity with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described above. That is the only sharing of this kind that we do.

Your rights

  • To know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed or shared it with.
  • To access a copy of that information in a portable form.
  • To correct personal information that is inaccurate.
  • To delete personal information we hold about you, subject to the records we are required to keep, such as completed transactions and tax records.
  • To opt out of sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Do not sell or share my personal information. There are two ways to stop the advertising sharing described above, and either one is enough:

  • Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. This is a setting or extension that tells every site you visit not to sell or share your data. Our site reads it automatically and stops sending advertising data, with nothing further for you to do and no account or form involved. This is the fastest route and it works across every site that honors it, not just ours.
  • Ask us directly, using our contact form or by calling 951.216.8142. Say that you want to opt out of sharing for advertising. We do not need to verify your identity to act on this one.

How to make a request, and what happens next

Send requests through our contact form or call 951.216.8142. For requests to know, access, correct, or delete, we will ask for enough information to confirm you are the person the records belong to, and we use what you give us only to check that.

We confirm receipt within ten business days and respond within forty-five calendar days. If we need longer we will tell you why, and we may take up to another forty-five days. If we refuse a request we will explain the reason.

An authorized agent may make a request for you. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you to confirm it.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

Terms of service

Last updated 9 August 2026. These terms cover the free homepage concept offer and any website work that follows from it. Plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you accept.

Who we are

Fox & Brand Marketing Co. is a video, photography and creative studio based in Southern California, working with contractors, builders and service businesses.

The free concept

When you request a free homepage concept, we build a single custom homepage for your business and send you a private link to it. There is no charge, no card required, and no obligation to buy anything. We host that link and keep it live for at least 90 days from the day we send it. We may keep it up for longer, and often will, but after 90 days we are free to take it down without notice.

  • We aim to deliver within 48 hours of your request. That is a target, not a guarantee. Volume, holidays, and how much material we can find about your business all affect it.
  • The concept is one real, working web page. It is designed for mobile first, because that is where most people will find you. Desktop is tuned on the paid build as part of the quality assurance pass before launch.
  • It is not a finished website: it has not been through the paid-build quality assurance pass, and it is not hosted on your domain.
  • If you choose a paid build, it includes the package you select. Any additional functionality or services are agreed and quoted separately before work begins.
  • We build it from material that is already public: your website, your Google listing, your social profiles. We never ask for passwords or logins, and you do not need to give us any.
  • We may decline any request, for any reason, without explaining why. If there is not enough real material to build something honest from, we will tell you rather than send you something generic.
  • If you do not want the concept, you owe nothing. The private preview remains available while its link is active, but the preview does not transfer ownership of the design, code, content or files.

Photography and other people’s work

We build concepts using your own project photos. We do not present photographs of work your business did not do as though it were yours. Where a page needs a neutral texture or background we may use one, and we will tell you which images are placeholders.

You are responsible for having the right to use any images, logos, text or other material you give us, or that you publish publicly and we therefore use. If you send us something you do not own, we are not liable for that.

If you want it built

Current pricing, quoted before any work begins and confirmed in writing:

  • $1,500, once, for the homepage, fully built. Includes one round of client revisions.
  • $2,500, once, for a five page website. Includes two rounds of client revisions.
  • $250 per additional page, on top of either package.
  • $99 per month, optional, for hosting, security, backups and small edits. Month to month. Cancel any time.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any third party costs such as your domain registration, stock licenses or paid software, which we will identify before you commit. We may change published prices at any time, but never on work already quoted or in progress.

Hosting and going live

The build price covers designing and building the site. Taking it live on your domain is part of the care plan, because that is what pays for the hosting and the ongoing looking after. With the care plan we host it, point your domain at it and launch it. Without the care plan you get the finished files and host them wherever you like, and we do not need any access to your domain at all.

What “without the care plan” means in practice. We deliver a WordPress package: the theme, the content and everything needed to run the site, ready to install on hosting you arrange. We do not put it live for you. From that point you, or whoever you use, are responsible for hosting it and installing it, pointing the domain and setting up the SSL certificate, making the contact form actually deliver mail and testing that it does, and keeping WordPress, the plugins, the backups and the security current afterwards.

That form line matters more than it sounds. A contact form that looks fine and quietly sends nothing is the most common way a new website loses work, and on hosting we do not control we have no way to see it happening. Our quality assurance pass is run on our own servers, so once the files are installed elsewhere we cannot warrant that the site behaves identically, and we are not responsible for problems introduced by the hosting, the installation or later changes made by anyone other than us. Support after handover is not included, though we are happy to quote for it.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the design, the code, the written content and the domain for the site we built you. If you take the care plan and later cancel it, the site is still yours: we hand over the files and you can host it anywhere you like. We do not hold a website hostage to a subscription.

We keep the right to show the work we produced in our own portfolio and marketing. That includes before and after comparisons: your old website or your existing online presence alongside what we built. Showing the difference is the whole argument for what we do, so it appears on our site, in our advertising, in social posts and in what we send to other businesses. We will use your business name and logo to identify the work, since a before and after of an anonymous company proves nothing.

Two things we will not do: we will not show a “before” that misrepresents you, such as a page that was already mid-rebuild when we found it, and we will not publish anything you told us in confidence. If you would rather we did not use your project at all, or not the before, tell us and we will respect that. Ask before launch if you can, because a comparison is hard to un-publish once it is out.

How long a paid build takes

Builds take 3 to 5 business days from payment for the homepage, and 5 to 7 business days for the five page site, assuming we have what we need from you. Every two additional pages beyond the five adds a day to both ends of that window, and the window that applies to you is shown at checkout before you pay. That time is for the paid-build quality assurance pass, desktop tuning and checks on real devices for the package you select. Any work outside that scope is quoted and scheduled separately. If anything will push it past that, we tell you rather than going quiet.

Revisions

The homepage at $1,500 includes one round of client revisions. The five page site at $2,500 includes two rounds. A round means you send your notes together and we work through them. Further rounds, or changes to the agreed scope once those are used, are quoted before we start them.

What we need from you

Timelines assume you reply. If we are waiting on your photos, your copy approval or your domain access, the schedule moves. We will say so rather than quietly missing a date.

Text messages

We only text you if you ticked the box asking us to. It is separate from submitting the form, it is never ticked for you, and you can submit the form without it.

Before you buy, we use it for two things only: sending you the preview link, and asking a question if we need something to build your concept, such as a website we could not find or photos of your work.

Once you have paid for a build, we will also text you about that build. Questions we need answered to finish it, photos or content we are waiting on, a link when something is ready for you to look at, and anything that would otherwise hold the work up. It is the fastest way to reach a person who is on a job site rather than at a desk, which is why we use it. It is still not marketing, and STOP still works, though if you stop texts during a build we will fall back to email and it will usually take longer.

  • Expect roughly two to four messages about your concept, and more during a paid build, depending on how much we need from you.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not sell or share your phone number, and consent to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

How we handle the rest of your information is covered in our privacy policy.

Email reminders

When we send your finished concept, we may also email a small number of reminders while its private link is active. If you have not opened the concept, we may remind you after one day and five days. After you first open it, we may follow up three days and seven days later if you have not purchased a build. We may send one final reminder at 90 days because the free concept can be removed after that point.

  • Opening the concept stops the unopened-concept reminders.
  • Purchasing a build stops all remaining concept reminders.
  • The first delivery email and every reminder include a clear unsubscribe link. Confirming it stops all future concept reminder emails immediately.

These reminders are only about the homepage concept you requested and the option to have us build it. We do not add you to a general marketing list.

Accessibility

We build with sensible defaults: semantic markup, readable color contrast, keyboard operable navigation, and alternative text on images where you have given us the information to write it. That is not the same as certifying your site as accessible. We do not carry out an accessibility audit, we do not test with screen readers or other assistive technology, and we do not certify conformance with WCAG at any level, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508, or any state accessibility law. If your business is subject to those requirements, meeting them is your responsibility, and we would encourage you to take proper advice on it.

Accessibility is also not a one time job. It changes every time you add a page, a photo, a video or a PDF, so a site that conformed on launch day may not a month later. If you want an audit and remediation, or ongoing accessibility work, we are glad to quote for it as a separate piece of work. Be wary of anyone selling you an overlay or a widget as a guarantee of compliance, because that is not what those products do.

Cookies, tracking and privacy law

We do not set up cookie consent, and we do not provide a consent management platform. A site we build may set cookies or load third party services, for example analytics, a review widget, a booking system, embedded maps or embedded video. Whether you need a cookie banner, a consent tool, a privacy policy, a “do not sell or share my personal information” link or anything similar depends on your business, where your visitors are and what you have installed, and deciding that is your call, not ours.

You are responsible for your own privacy policy, cookie notice and consent mechanism, and for complying with the laws that apply to your visitors, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and the GDPR if you deal with anyone in Europe or the UK. Our privacy policy covers our dealings with you. It does not cover your website or your customers. If you want us to install a consent tool or draft the notices, ask and we will quote for it; we will not add it uninvited, and we do not provide legal advice on any of it.

This is our entry-level website package, designed to stay affordable. It includes only the pages, revisions and hosting option described above. Privacy and cookie compliance work, custom legal notices, advanced consent setup, complex functionality, custom plugins, third-party integrations and development beyond that stated scope are not included. If you need any of those features, a more complex site, or custom plugin or integration development, please contact us directly and we will provide a separate quote before work begins.

Your content, your trade, your local law

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what appears on your site. That includes your license numbers and classifications and any advertising rules your trade or state imposes on how they are displayed, which for California contractors means the CSLB’s advertising requirements. It also includes any claims about warranties, guarantees, insurance, certifications, awards, service areas, pricing, and the way you present reviews and testimonials, which the Federal Trade Commission has its own rules about.

We write copy from what you tell us and from what we can verify publicly, and you approve everything before it goes live. Your approval is your confirmation that the content is accurate and lawful for your trade, your state and your city. We do not verify permits, licensing, insurance, bonding, employment status or any other regulated claim on your behalf, and we are not responsible for the consequences of publishing something you approved that turns out to be inaccurate or non compliant. If a form on your site collects information, or you use it to send marketing email or text messages, obtaining and recording the consent the law requires is likewise yours to handle.

None of this section is legal advice, and we are not lawyers. If any of it matters to your business, and for most of these it will, talk to one. You agree to cover us for any claim that arises from content you supplied or approved, or from a failure to meet the responsibilities set out in this section.

What we do not promise

We build websites that are designed to convert, and we are good at it. We cannot promise a specific number of calls, leads, jobs or search rankings, and we do not. Anyone who does is guessing. Nothing on our site or in a concept is a guarantee of a business result.

The concept and any advice around it are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to this work is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. Since the concept is free, that means we are not liable for the free concept beyond providing it in good faith, which we do.

Canceling

You can stop a build before it starts and owe nothing. Once work is underway, you are responsible for the work completed to that point, which we will itemize honestly. Care plans cancel at the end of the billing month, and we do not bill you again after that.
