    Matt comes out, looks at the actual space, and tells you what the job really involves. Free, and you get straight answers on the spot.

  2. The written scope

    Everything on paper before anything is torn out: what gets done, what it costs, how long it takes. If it is not in the scope, it is not a surprise later.

  3. The build

    One licensed contractor accountable for every trade on your job. The crew cleans up at the end of the day, every day.

  4. The final walkthrough

    We walk it together. Anything on your list gets handled before we call it finished.
