What the flat rate covers

Included, and what costs extra

Straight from our terms, not the small print. Knowing this before you load is the difference between the price you were quoted and a bill you did not expect.

In the flat rate

  • A 30 day rental period
  • Delivery to your site
  • Pickup when you are done
  • Applicable taxes and franchise fees
  • Household and construction debris at the same price

Charged on top

  • $100 minimum trip charge if we cannot reach the container: blocked access, mud, or an unsafe approach
  • $100 minimum trip charge on an overloaded or overweight container, until it is corrected, plus any landfill or TxDOT penalty
  • $500 minimum per occurrence if prohibited material turns up in the load, plus special handling costs
  • $5 per day, per container once a container sits thirty days with no haul, dump or exchange
  • Disposal charges, fuel surcharges, environmental and governmental fees

Before the truck arrives

How the drop works

The driver has probably never seen your property. What you tell us is what they work from.

  1. 01

    Measure the spot

A 20 or 30 yard box is 22 feet long. Leave room for the truck in front of it as well as the container itself.

  2. 02

    Look up

The bed tilts high to slide the container off. You need 20 feet of clearance or more. Low branches and power lines stop a delivery.

  3. 03

    Check the ground

Soft ground, mud and steep grades are where trip charges come from. Tell us if you are unsure and we will talk it through.

  4. 04

    Load it level

Nothing above the walls. An overloaded box cannot legally leave your site, and it comes back as a second trip.

Commercial service

Front-load, on a schedule

Weekly, bi-weekly or daily pickups sized to your volume. When you call about it you get Charlie, who dispatches the front-load trucks, not a queue.

Waste Advantage 2 yard front-load container with dimensions

Waste Advantage 4 yard front-load container with dimensions

4 yard

20 to 25 bags. Restaurants, clinics, small complexes.

6 yard

Waste Advantage 8 yard front-load container with dimensions

8 yard

Front-load pricing assumes an average density of 85 pounds per cubic yard. Heavier waste is priced accordingly, and we will tell you before it changes.
