Two finished homes in San Clemente

One is a two story Spanish revival rebuilt inside and out. The other is a single story taken back to white, with the front yard doing the talking. Same builder, same license, two completely different jobs.

A single story house taken back to white. The front yard is the argument: terraced stucco planters stepping down to the sidewalk, drought planting, palms, and a lounge that faces the street instead of hiding from it. Inside, a tiled fireplace wall and bathrooms finished in stone and white oak.

The builder

Daniel Burns grew up in Villa Park and started in construction in high school, working alongside his father, a licensed contractor. He learned the trade from the ground up.

After years inside the family business he founded DB Construction with one aim: to give homeowners a dependable, detail driven construction experience rooted in integrity. Every project runs with a network of trade specialists, matched to the work.
